I am super psyched for the MSG show, but I am now glad I am in the 100s a bit far from the stage. I want to HEAR that, not SEE that! Holy crap!

This fucking place is really starting to smell of a bunch of wise ass fuckwits. You'll go apeshit over some hip new band made up of Harvard / NYU / Oxford grads (take your pick) that can only manage a fuck you in the ass 45 minute set, of which, you'll know one song.

I'd pay to watch fat ass Mr. Smith carve up Vampire Weekend and eat every last one of them.

BTW - incredible set list and who else is doing 2.5 hour sets of music that's actually good?

Happy Thursday.

^^ 5:43 is obviously masturbating to these photos as we speak!

Posted by Anonymous | May 29, 2008 5:48 PM

wow...he 'out-fatted' frank black...and that's that's saying a lot.

porl thompson's head/face tatoos are pretty pathetic. who the hell does he think he is.....kerry king?

Posted by hipster poseur | May 29, 2008 5:58 PM

Anon 5:43 should switch to decaf.

Posted by Anonymous | May 29, 2008 7:47 PM

Posted by nazz nomad | May 30, 2008 10:12 AM

31 is a short set for them when I saw them in Virgina they did 37!

Posted by Anonymous | May 30, 2008 10:27 AM

geez, and here I thought I listened to music to hear it...hmmmm...who gives a flying fuck what he looks like..the show tonight was fucking amazing..

Posted by Anonymous | June 19, 2008 12:21 AM

The Cure played for nearly three hours. They sound-checked at 6 a.m. I agree that stage presence can make or break a show, Robert Smith was glad to be playing such a great venue. Porl Thompson made sweet creepy love to us in the front row and the sound at the board was incredible. Take a walk at the shows you attend, see it from a lot of views and listen. I have been to many hundred major shows, and this set and encore were in my top five. Delicious.

All Of You suck except for the few of you who had nice things to say about the cure, including 5:43, though i object to the fat ass comment. The Cure is the most amazing band ever, and Robert Smith is a f-ing GOD. I saw this concert and they were a-fucking-mazing. id do anything to see them in concert again. you are all lame losers in that you have nothing else to do than slam stuff that you dont like on the INTERNET. how pathetic is that? get a life.

Have A Nice Day!!!

Oh I would love to hear the music you idiots listen to. You all obviously only care about image and nothing else. This is one of the best British bands of the past 30 years and all you twats can comment on is what they look like. Find a life the lot of you (apart from the positive comments).
