I love the mustache and the video, but does anyone else feel like the song is just a half-assed attempt at sounding like Pinkerton-era Weez again?

i really hated this song at first... now i'm kinda digging it. That still may change. The video is pretty funny, although South Park did it first.

yeah they went to harvard; that's why they're multi-millionaire rockstars while you're at a computer writing on blogs about their most recent music video.

If it's true that originality is dead, Weezer is definitely alive -- pandering song, pandering video, sad reflection of art and culture.

i was pretty against the mustache too, but from what rivers said apparently the reason behind it is that his dad sported one in all of his baby pictures so he wanted to sport one in all his kids baby pictures, thats pretty funny...

Pandering? Or is it a subtly scathing indictment of the post-human intangibility of hedonistic, materialistic popular culture in the Zeros? Or maybe a little from column A and a little from column B? I don't caaaaaaare!
