i'd let jenny lewis play in my bed.

i wouldn't let conor oberst play in my bed.

he'd probably want that though.

"Bitchin! It sounds like Bright Eyes!"

isn't this how his past 3 records have pretty much sound (not including DADU)
oh unless you were afraid that he was going to make a change from the latest

word i can't sit through his twang songs they just don't sit well and i'm too old for the old songs, i suppose it's just an era lost for me now

Posted by Anonymous | June 18, 2008 10:55 AM

wow, completely skipped the midwest.

Posted by drew | June 18, 2008 4:59 PM

oh wow, that was really disappointing. dull. i miss wide awake conor oberst...can he come back now?

Posted by Anonymous | June 18, 2008 8:41 PM

Show is already sold out: http://www.boweryballroom.com/calendar/show/1713/

No tickets available online so - how did it sell out???? I swear, every time he plays lately all the tickets go to scalpers.

I agree w/ 12:15. I tried from 11:59 to 12:20 and not a single opening. How did that happen?

Posted by Anonymous | June 20, 2008 1:04 PM

TELL ME ABOUT IT!!! I seriously just did the same thing for the NYC show and there are

1. no tickets on ticketmaster

and

2. you have to go there in person to the ballroom to have any chance at tickets

oh boy am I excited!! I've been waiting a year for this, but now I'm not sure how I'm going to wait til august. and it's cheap, and its at a small venue...!
Sorry to you New Yorkers...I would be so mad.

Anyone know the set list from last night?

Posted by Anonymous | August 13, 2008 12:19 PM

who are these people?? conor is a beautiful singer, songwriter, and person. i actually met him after i went to a show about a week ago and a talked to him about being vegetarian and all. he eats fish and eggs but he really was so sweet. and for those of you questioning his sexuality, i can assure you he is very straight. he just has feelings unlike most guys
