The official after-party for the infamous parade is back at Childs on the boardwalk and better than ever!The evening will include BANDS, DJs, BURLESQUE, BOOZE and more!

Caught a three piece rock band there playing a soundcheck earlier in the day (3pm ish)... guitar, bass, and drums. Very cinematic, instrumental stuff a la mogwai, big sleep, etc. Sounded interesting.

Replacing Astroland with Niketown (seriously, a Nike super store). The city wants to downsize the zoned amusement area to 9 acres just along the boardwalk. Basically a third of the Cyclone's length.
