This picture of telepathe isn't as obnoxious as that last one here on BV, but it's still irritating and very unappealing.

Posted by Anonymous | June 25, 2008 4:16 PM
i would hit both of them.
but yes, they are garbage musically.

well, both of them would be your only option because they're a couple.
they'd also shoot you're nerdy dude ass down in a heartbeat.
also, Telepathe rules and you bros don't have a clue.

saul williams is amazing (and the brother of omar from the wire aka michael k williams). what is SOBs?

I saw them when they were playing in Europe a few weeks back and though there was a touch of slightly off-key karaoke about their show it was nowhere near as bad as I'd been led to believe by the reviews. Also, I think they may just have the tunes to put out a pretty decent album.

"what is SOBs?"
A venue/club. The name stands for Sounds of Brazil but obviously that's not the only kind of music you'll hear there. Look it up on BV's venue map.

isn't telepathe casey affleck's band or something?
Posted by Anonymous | June 25, 2008 6:15 PM
I was praying Saul would come back soon, but now with a deplorable fucking opener in a SEATED 21 and over venue. Fuck that noise.

i know that i haven't seen telepathe in like a year and a half, but every time i've seen them they were amazing. they also had guitar and drums, though...

sob's aint seated
they have a section where you can sit, but usually
that close that up for shows like this.

Is it not kosher to mention they're represented by the Windish Agency? Or was this just a blip in the comment software? I would have to assume it's the latter, considering the typical commenting quality level seems to show that comments are rarely edited.
