>I need to know what each one of Chris Martin's armbands mean ASAP
they mean that he's ripping off sting from the synchronicity tour, that's what.

dudes can tie on all the silky armbands in the world, but they'll never cover up all that suck.

Times New Viking was awesome.
But what the fuck happened to the sound at the seaport? I'm sure APTBS put on a great set, but I couldn't really tell with the volume at 5 decibels and the low-end earbud mix. You can say they're not an outdoor band, but I went to a ton of the seaport shows last summer and it was never that bad.

unrelated to today's shows... but is anyone interested in a +1 spot to albert hammond jr. on july 1st @ mercury lounge?
Posted by Anonymous | June 28, 2008 1:35 AM
Yeah I'm sure I would have like KK&tS more if the sound had been better. And if there hadn't been some strange chick dancing (seizuring) and banging a skateboard on the ground in front of me.

I really hate Coldplay's album themed costumes.
Isn't there some other band rocking "Les Mis" brand Discarded Wardrobe chic right now?

Titus Andronicus ripped up the Knitting Factory.

sound at seaport was awful between the stage and mix tent, but for some reason they had additional apeakers BEHIND the sound tent that actually had a good mix coming out, or at least had the vocals and high end in them... combined with the muddy speakers coming from stage it was ok.
