all kidding aside here, their disc 100% backs up all the praise it's received by everyone from john darnielle to pitchfork. it's fucking stark and haunting and gorgeous. if you don't own it yet, it just got re-released on a new label with a couple extra cuts. go-get-now.

this is an interesting, if not completely foolish, comment. she's wearing a shirt with sleeves almost down to her elbows. exactly how in the hell can you see any hair in her armpit? and even if that was the case, (a) who cares and (b) what does that have to do with how they function as a band? it's comments like yours which we can all do without. bye.
