Fleet Foxes add midnight Brooklyn show, release video

Union Hall was nice enough to convince Fleet Foxes to stick around after their Thursday night show to play a second show in the same room. Tickets for the second show go on sale at noon.
Check out the .mpg version of Fleet Foxes' new clay-animated video for "White Winter Hymnal" or watch the YouTube one below...

They were fantastic tonight!

Absolutely. However, "fantastic" doesn't do tonight's show justice. This is the best new band on earth right now, bar none.

Well it appears the band reads BV as I'm pretty sure the first three posters are them.

is the show 21+?
Posted by Anonymous | July 10, 2008 11:19 AM
Union Hall is pretty great. Small with usually remarkable sound.
All shows there are 21+.

So much for going on sale at Noon, they'd already gone by then.
Absolute joke... This is the maddest I ever will be. I'm typing so fucking hard I might break my fucking Mac book Air!!!!!!!!

On IDs, very very strict!

I am disappointed in the lack of advertising of the show being 21 +. I was on the site on time for tickets having been antsy all morning and walking up my boyfriend several times only to find as the page loaded that we could not go to this show. We are both 20. Shit!!
by the way. the actually started going on sale at about 11:59

"that shit sold out in half a second."
more like negative 10 minutes

Angry anon 11.53 here again...
Anyone caught out by the strict 21+ age limit, I'll reimburse you for your purchase and maybe throw in a little extra if you want to be rid of your tickets.

union hall's always 21+, for future reference.. unless otherwise noted

also, just in case: the show is listed as 11:30pm - make sure you get there in time in case they go on earlier than midnight.
