now... man man, saw em twice, fun shows, but i think they're trying too hard with the uniforms and what not. sets are far too long. they should apply some of that energy toward writing songs that don't all sound exactly alike.

will berman is the drummer for MGMT and formerly(?) drummer for Stylofone and Standing Nudes, two pretty cool bands.
the comments sensation is stemming from the MGMT post from yesterday where someone proclaimed that WB is the only dude in MGMT with any chops, then folks ran with the name, blah blah blah.
he doesn't actually post those comments. he's prolly busy doing cool stuff like being a rockstar and shit.
the people writing these comments are folks like us, who have retarded day jobs with unlimited boredom, time and internet access.

actually will berman is a huge computer nerd and meets his girlfriends on myspace and stuff. he definitely comes on here and posts, AND writes dumb letters to like, deli magazine and stuff. the guy is a geek (headband at the mccarren pool show??? uh...).
