Motorhead / Valient Thorr / Misfits - 2008 Tour Dates

Motorhead @ Hellfest 2008, Clisson, France (drumsworld)
Valient Thorr has announced a tour with -you might have heard of em- they're called MOTORHEAD throughout September, including one date at Roseland Ballroom on September 20th. Also on the bill, AC/DC throwbackers
Valient Thorr are also playing Bowery Ballroom with Early Man and Monotonix on July 25th. Early Man just announced a new EP for The End and Monotonix just played NYC with the F Yeah Fest. Motorhead is touring with with Judas Priest, Heaven & Hell, and Testament in August. The September tour dates are below (with more to come)....

This is a pretty sick and epic tour. Three area dates at smaller venues. Incredible. And I should be at the Valient Thorr headlining show to. This is exciting!

who cares about any of these other bands....DARKEST HOUR blows, they need to go home and stop ripping off gothenburg metal.
oh and MISFITS were awesome but now they are nothing more than a cover band.

dying to see motorhead, which i've never seen. and at a small-ish venue. only problem is all those opening bands (including the fake misfits) eating up precious lemmy-time.

How long have Darkest Hour been all metalcore (At the Gates-ish). I used to see these guys all the time at DIY shows in DC in the late 90s, and they were pretty typical dc-hardcore. Nothing horrible, but nothing terribly original either. I remember them being pretty nice guys. But they definitely weren't metal.
