how does seating work at this theatre? the seats that i'm pulling up aren't even on the seating chart.

Here's a link to the seating chart. they probably will only sell the orchestra (that's what they did for the decemberists).

i pulled up single digit seats for row K, which are not on the seating chart.
i'm guessing they are just referring to the 3-digit seats that are on the chart
