warning, the free slurpees are dixie cup sized and you will feel dumb walking down the street with such a tiny cup, and a giant hot pink straw with a shovel attached to it.
the breeders show at other music isn't open to the public is it? pretty sure they had an rsvp lottery deal.

"Ravens and Chimes @ mercury lounge"
Ugh
If I wanted to hear a truly pathetic, sad attempt at regurgitating The Arcade Fire, I'd force-feed my CD copy of Funeral to my dachshund and then wait for him to vomit all over the living room floor.

What a burn by Gorgoroth.

Everybody knows that Bruce is the only musician out there masturbating to the thought of Win Butler and the mandolin.

If Ravens and Chimes are trying to sound like the Arcade Fire, and Arcade Fire are trying to sound like Bruce Springsteen, does that mean Ravens and Chimes are trying to sound like Bruce Springsteen.

I was at the Ravens and Chimes show last night. It was the first time I heard them, and they were really great. Unique sound, interesting instrumentation. The crowd really good into them - people seemed to have come for the later acts (Watson Twins/Tim Fite), but they really danced and got into Ravens & Chimes. I look forward to hearing more from them.
