Another Siren question: since Budweiser is co-sponsoring it, it s safe to assume that there will be free booze, y/y? Or will I have to pay for it?

WU LI!!!!

Live at TEA LOUNGE PARK SLOPE UNION STREET
930 tonight 2 sets to blow your mind

Mike Shobe (trupmet, fx), Adam Strum (guitar), Maxfield Gast (saxophone, EWI), Ben Write (bass), Ziv Ravitz (drums), Adam Platt (Keys)

Wu Li, a dynamic horn driven groove-rock band from Brooklyn, are often compared to Jimi Hendrix, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, and Medeski, Martin & Wood. Wu Li’s unique and powerful psychedelic sound is worth checking out and their grooves are worth explorations on the dance floor.

anon 3:01, WW went on before Suckers. And by WW, I mean, Joe and some other dude thumbing around with equipment while an iPod of top 40 music was being drowned out. Anyone who wanted to see WW was pretty fucking disappointed.

After that I didn't care to see if Girl Talk played later in the evening. (I guess it was worth going into details on)
