When did he get so big? Jesus. It was only last year he was at Bowery during CMJ in front of 17 people, 2 of which were the rosebuds

never heard his music but good for him. lots of people on this blog get angry when bands get successful but i think it's really cool to see a small band like this drawing such a big crowd.

Well... Town Hall isn't huge or anything. It's really around the same size as Webster Hall (I think Town Hall seats around 1500 and Webster Hall holds 1400 standing).
But still... for a guy who was playing to tiny crowds at Bowery last year, this is a pretty quick progression.

Didn't he just play Bowery recently, like a couple months ago. Grant it, it was sold out in minutes.

town hall is a great venue. the tallest man on the earth is very fun to watch perform. this show will be very serene.

jesus christ.

My guess is a combination of scalpers and ticketmaster not releasing all the tickets at once. Watch for more to magically be released soon.
This whole 'sold out' nonsense is getting out of hand.
