More important - when is there going to be a Ride reunion?

Posted by drewo | August 28, 2008 3:31 PM

^^^ seriously?!! a ride reunion would be sweet!

maybe they can do a dual ride/suede reunion tour... hey I can dream...

Posted by wembley | August 28, 2008 3:34 PM

haha amazing. and i bet they won't even be surprised when they actually see Terminal 5. douchebags.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 3:36 PM

bet the dudes from the Hold Steady are going to be there.

Posted by butternuts | August 28, 2008 3:37 PM

oasis is better than radiohead and the beatles put together.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 3:39 PM

holy cow, did someone mention a Ride reunion? if we start this rumour, maybe they will get back together and teach all these other wussie British rock and r&B bands of late what real Brit rock is.

Posted by BringBackRide | August 28, 2008 3:39 PM

Oasis should play the Old Office of the Knitting Factory. They are that good.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 3:41 PM

oasis are the limp bizkit of bands.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 3:45 PM

"a rare club show in New York" =

we're not even remotely popular enough anymore to fill any of the larger venues in ny so we're gonna try to save face with this silly application deal.

gotta love the gallagher brothers.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 3:46 PM

T5 a club? Hmmmm...Not crazy about the 50 bucks thing though.

Anyway, I still applied cos they would probably play somewhere bigger next time they are in town bearing in mind that they sold out MSG last time around (which surprised a good many people).

Posted by Chris | August 28, 2008 3:47 PM

go away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 3:47 PM

"oasis are the limp bizkit of bands"

What are limp bizkit then?

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 3:47 PM

Hey look at the guy on the right. When did Scott Baio join the band?

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 3:49 PM

I'd hit it...with a baseball bat to the head...wankers.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 3:52 PM

I got a big box of rotten tomatoes right here... just waiting.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 3:53 PM

this whole application process does save from the scalpers buying all the tickets right away and selling them from $100+ each, so I welcome this silly plan.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 3:54 PM

6.22.05 - selling out MSG proper? Yes that did happen kids.

Posted by Tony the Drummer | August 28, 2008 3:57 PM

Give me 5 minutes in a steel cage with these fucks...I'll show em what it's like.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:00 PM

"we're not even remotely popular enough anymore to fill any of the larger venues in ny so we're gonna try to save face with this silly application deal."

are you serious? if they put this onsale through Ticketmaster it would sell right out. Personally, I won't pay $50 to see them, but plenty of others will. It was 3 years ago, but they did sell out MSG. That being said, they are a bunch of WANKERS!

Posted by still wankers | August 28, 2008 4:07 PM

"What are limp bizkit then?"

the oasis of "to catch a predator"

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:16 PM

oasis havent been relevant for more than ten years

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:21 PM

no band is easier to love to hate than oasis.
they're giant pricks (who, sorry to say, occasionally sound good when noel sings)...
still, to say they couldn't sell out anything larger than T5 is pretty goddamn stupid.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:25 PM

Ryan Adams opening for Oasis fans makes me think he'll have to start drinking again.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:25 PM

terminal 5...intimate?

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:26 PM

not surprising most you hipsters wouldn't know rock n roll if it kicked you in the ass....why don't you go stand in line for an MGMT show at McCarren Park

Posted by Uncool | August 28, 2008 4:33 PM

LOL 4:16!!!!

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:34 PM

This band sold out MSG in 05 in under 20 minutes, and play enormous stadiums in England constantly. So yes, Terminal 5 is intimate for them.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:35 PM

Hey 4:33 why don't you practice falling down I'll be there in a minute...

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:37 PM

would be cool if Ryan opened this, too

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:37 PM

"The appearance at NY's Terminal 5, which will be re-configured for the show."

What does this mean?
My guess-

Wait on line to get into Terminal 5. Walk through black curtains into small rectangle room with low ceilings with 20 other people. Wait 10 minutes while the floor shakes, exit into full-sized arena, please ignore all the banners. Yes, yes, this is Terminal 5.

Posted by Sam | August 28, 2008 4:40 PM

Shit. That & Goldfrapp the same night. And I'll be out of town.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:40 PM

"terminal 5...intimate?"

yes, intimate

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:40 PM

what drewo said. i'd pay 3x what oasis charging to see ride. but not at T5.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:43 PM

Noel Gallagher > Damon Albarn

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:43 PM

"...and you're watching Video Round-Up on VTV."

"Just like you're told to..."

Posted by Noel & Ian | August 28, 2008 4:43 PM

You're all a bunch of posh southerners...

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:47 PM

i have a feeling that club gigs will no longer be a rarity for these fucks in the very near future.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:49 PM

I'm interested in registering for this and buying tickets (if I'm selected) in order to scalp them. Tickets won't have to be picked up at will call, will they?

Posted by Jay-Z | August 28, 2008 4:51 PM

haha.....

"Ian, you just became a father recently. How does that feel?"

(long pause) "Feels creamy."

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:52 PM

Fuck all you Oasis hating hipsters. Get a job and stop having daddy pay for everything.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:55 PM

yes will call - you scalping fuck

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:56 PM

terminal 5 is a club? really?

uh...

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 4:57 PM

We all died of anus cancer a long time ago.

Posted by Every hipster's dad on BV | August 28, 2008 4:58 PM

Just because we hate oasis doesn't mean were hipsters and it doesn't mean that are daddies pay for everything you dumb piece of shit.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 5:01 PM

5:01 sounds like that comment touched on a nerve. FUCK YOU.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 5:04 PM

I'm in the mood to knock some oasis lovin skulls in.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 5:05 PM

Exactly what is the definition of a "club" to you people? A room with a stage and a bar in the back should certainly qualify. This is a small show for Oasis, whether you people want to accept that or not. Some of you don't seem to understand just how big Oasis was (and still is to a lesser extent) globally.

Posted by CN | August 28, 2008 5:06 PM

**i have a feeling that club gigs will no longer be a rarity for these fucks in the very near future.**

You are more than a half a decade too late. They couldn't sell out Roseland on the Heathen Chemistry tour. The 2005 MSG show was a nice rebound.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 5:08 PM

To All:

That's fine. No really, it's ok.

I can have them as my band and you can have yours.

We can get along together.

I just like that I can sleep soundly knowing that My Band won't have to deal with your cold, unlovable souls. Hip or not hip, we'll be there. We won't go to the Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin show and complain that they didn't play anything off that EP that came out after the first album. We love our band 100% without conscious or irony. An actual devotion without caring whether or not that's the "right" thing to do.

That is all.

I'll see you all in Toronto.

Posted by Tony the Drummer | August 28, 2008 5:28 PM

If you don't like Oasis well then I don't like you

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 5:36 PM

"Noel Gallagher > Damon Albarn"

dont get me wrong im on board with the people who like oasis on this one, but this is just really fucking dumb. if noel went on to produce shit like the gorillaz and the good the bad and the queen, then there would be a dispute, however he amounted to little after oasis stardom.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 6:00 PM

liam now looks older than noel, and noel just looks stupid.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 6:03 PM

oasis is awesome

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 6:15 PM

why doesn't someone summon up Jay Z's Marcy posse and tell them about the shit talk...I'd pay $50 to watch hilarity ensue there!

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 6:23 PM

$50 was cheaper than the MSG show back a few years ago! Im in! Though I still think Damon Albarn>Gallaghers but still enjoy some Oasis!

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 6:34 PM

Noel's work with the Chemical Brothers is pretty awesome. S'etting Sun' and 'Let Forever Be'. The track he did for that U.N.K.L.E. album with Mike D of the Beastie Boys is pretty bad ass as well. Noel doesn't need side projects. Damon constantly has to change and go with whatever is popular since his own band can't stand the sight of him.

Graham Coxon > Damon Albarn

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 6:35 PM

Have any of you listened to the much-maligned "Be Here Now" lately? So great! Most under-rated album of the '90s!

Posted by Patrick | August 28, 2008 6:56 PM

who comes to this site these days?
oh yeah republican dumbass dudes

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 7:01 PM

I bet Oasis comes back and plays MSG

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 7:42 PM

Rumor has it Oasis will rock MSG December 17th. They are also considering playing MSG on the 18th as well.

Yeah...Be Here Now is a great fucking album. Tracks like 'D'You Know What I Mean', 'My Big Mouth', 'Stand By Me', 'Don't Go Away' and 'All Around The World' are all ace tunes. These all go to 11.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 7:53 PM

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 8:28 PM

I love Oasis and hope to win a chance to buy tickets! For the haters, Oasis are a mega band worldwide, whether you like them or not. Of course to some of you, any band that gets too big for Pianos suck and are sell outs.

Oasis live is awesome!

Posted by Loop | August 28, 2008 9:23 PM

They do suck, absolutely fucking suck. Douches! All you Oasis lovers can have them b/c no one else wants their lame ass music. They're done.

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 9:34 PM

Ok, I'll take 'em.
Get all to'ed up on that Blue Point...
Might pick up a sassy lil' tart from across the pond that night cuz tickets for them are, like, $10 in quid.

"Freshen up your drink, guvnah?"

"No time for the ol' in-out, love! I've just come to read the meter!"

do those dudes wear wigs or do they just still have the same friggin haircuts since 1995?

Posted by Anonymous | August 28, 2008 11:11 PM

Just for the record....
I love Oasis, I love their records, they are amazing.
But for having seen them 3 times live, they are awful in concert....

Posted by Anonymous | August 29, 2008 2:11 AM

339 is insane! My balls are better than oasis and you put together!

Posted by Anonymous | August 29, 2008 9:52 AM

The pendulum has shifted back to Oasis in the states for those of you who are too busy uhhh spending your summer begging for free concerts in some pathetic burnt out swimming pool that resembles East Berlin in 1945 (note to all - get a job it’s much easier). This will become apparent as we get not 1 but possibly 2 MSG shows. So this the quaint gig at Terminal 5 is a rare club appearance and yes Oasis will sell 15K or 30K tickets for a few gigs here in December. So please fook off and I beg you Mr. Vegan, when they announce the MSG shows please do not post them on your site. The people here are undeserving. Give them the dirty pool, mediocre music, the L train, pathetic NY Times pieces that cover “the happening scene” and we will keep the tunes by a proper band.

Here is another classic Oasis moment

well the hell is wrong with Oasis? You're all a bunch of idiots. they're not my fav band but they wrote some good albums.

all you idiots like daft punk and girl talk, glorified DJs ... yeah, being in a band that doesn't play instruments is SO IRONIC.. wooooah

Posted by Anonymous | August 29, 2008 10:06 AM

Nobody seems to have noticed that line "provides an extraordinary opportunity to see Oasis perform new material from their forthcoming studio album "Dig Out Your Soul"".
Chances are they will play their whole new album + 4-5 hits. That sucks

Posted by Anonymous | August 29, 2008 10:17 AM

What's the big deal about that? Most bands who do special shows do it to perform new material for the first time. The point is that Oasis have not played a place this size in probably 13 years so that is what makes it special.

Posted by Anonymous | August 29, 2008 10:21 AM

They played the Beacon in 2003? When Heathen Chemistry came out. Beacon and Terminal 5 are sorta similar in size.

Look at this asshole:
"I just got it too. Can't decide whether to go..."

Yeah, he signed up for the drawing and was considering not going? Riiiight. You either love or hate Oasis at this stage.

Considering there are 0 craigslist postings for sale of tickets and no one has responded with a copy of the winning email on this board, I'm thinking there are a few liars out there.

Each code is individually unique. Or so I am told.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 10:32 AM

Just because they played the Garden last year doesn't mean this is such a small show for them. In previous recent tours they have played a lot of venues only slightly larger than Terminal Five: Roseland, Hammerstein, etc.

If they didn't make such a big deal about scoring tickets to this, and they just put them on sale regularly, then it would of course sell out, but I don't think it would be so hard to get in.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 10:39 AM

No action on Craigslist or ebay for this. Which leads me to believe that either 1. not all winners have been notified, or 2. Everyone who got a chance to buy two tickets is buying them and plans to go, or 3. No one cares.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 10:44 AM

wonder how long it will be before they just put this on sale to the public

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 10:45 AM

If they didn't make such a big deal about scoring tickets to this, and they just put them on sale regularly, then it would of course sell out, but I don't think it would be so hard to get in."

I saw them at Roseland. It was not easy to get in.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 12:04 PM

I saw them at Roseland, was the easiest ticket in the world outside. Surprisingly so.

Had an extra ticket and took a while to sell at face value which then was about $35.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 1:04 PM

This situation is different as all tickets will be on will call.

the only thing different is that you'd have to walk in with someone who has an extra rather than buy the ticket beforehand outside. There will still be extra tickets, and they won't be crazy priced.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 1:47 PM

I find it odd that the craigslist listings for this only have a handful of people looking, but not one single person offering an extra ticket..... I would seem that either not a lot of people were contacted, or not a lot of people bought tix, or everyone's going.

Usually these sort of things lead to people trying to make some money of of their extra.

Asides from the above posted email confirmation, there doesn't seem to be evidence anywhere that a whole lot of people were offered and/or purchased the tickets. Surely if they sent out emails to cover the capacity and everyone bit, there would be a lot more activity in the secondary 'sales' market.

Me smells something fishy.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 1:56 PM

I haven't heard anything yet, and to be honest i can't be bothered to wait.

Back in 1994 I was able to get in on the door for $10 and saw a fantastic show.

I live about 6 hours away and can't wait until 'they' let me know yay or nay.

Have the boys sold out to the Abu Dhabi United Group too?

This is insane. I'm coming down for the two Weller NYC gigs and this would have been a nice way to top the week off, but I'll get an ice cream instead thanks very much.....

Posted by Crofty | September 4, 2008 1:56 PM

Doesn't the will call kind of kill the chance for craigslist/ebay or am I missing something?

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 2:02 PM

my guess is there will be a huge guest list for this show, that may account for it. the fat cats have to be kept happy.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 2:08 PM

A scalper can buy two tickets and sell one (unofficially). The seller would have to arrange to meet the buyer before the show and then they would pick up the tickets together and go in together. The seller could then leave; he or she might choose to stay. Some would-be amateur scalpers might find that acceptable, but the pros probably won't.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 2:08 PM

You won't see "secondary" sales.. that was the point. Scalpers can't sell these tickets, because everyone is checked at will call. The only way in, is to walk in with someone who has won.

personally, I would rather they sold the tickets, let the scalpers jack the price up, and give the fans a chance to get in!

This system is retarded. Now i don't feel bad when I read about Liam's shitty little house that he can barely afford now. No more mansions, no more big record sales for them.

Fuck Oasis.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 2:09 PM

I have a promo of the new CD, and IT SUCKS! I'll be posting it online today.

:)

Posted by Peggy | September 4, 2008 2:13 PM

I hope it's watermarked and they track your pirate ass down, Peggy.

=D

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 2:17 PM

It's not watermarked. But thanks for caring! haha

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 2:19 PM

...show sold out? passcodes available? no one is daring enough to encode the passcode in one of their comments? I wonder, too, whether the issued code is tied to the billing addresses as an added security measure.

Posted by Gem | September 4, 2008 3:38 PM

This was a stupid idea.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 3:50 PM

There's not enough activity surrounding these tickets today for this to be sold out or even for all the tickets to have been offered up for sale. My guess is that there will be more tickets soon made available .... or that the whole place was not offered up for sale to begin with. I know they said they would 'reconfigure' the venue (whatever that means) but Terminal Five is not that small.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 3:54 PM

The whole place was indeed NOT offered up for sale but it has nothing to do with the "reconfiguration".

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 4:32 PM

My guess is we only get people on here who comment in search of tickets. No incentive to post information if you're one of the lucky golden ticket winners. Can't find any info at the usual suspects, blogs and so forth. Time to head out to NYC and shake down the T5 management!

Posted by Gem | September 4, 2008 4:36 PM

Bonehead was better than Gem. The first three records are best!

Posted by Paul | September 4, 2008 4:41 PM

Seems to me that people assume an awful lot but we are, after all, entitled to our opinion.

It's a frustrating process, but it is what it is.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 4:45 PM

It's not just on here, but there is indeed a seriously lacking amount of discussion among people with or seeking tickets across the internet for this show. I think that it might boil down to the fact that this was not advertised and not too many people are even aware of it.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 4:51 PM

On the official Oasis website, there is an entry for this show and there is a listing of fan club members 'who are going to this show'. There are only about twenty names listed.

Since this 'contest' was through that same fan club, I find it suspicious that there are only 20 or so names listed.

Doesn't; Terminal 5 hold what 3000 people or something?

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 4:59 PM

...myspace blocked at work. anyone trawling that site for passcode leak comments? it's worked before!

Posted by cast no shadow | September 4, 2008 5:38 PM

Would just getting the passcode even be enough? If you got a hold of the passcode and bought tickets would they cancel them if your name does not match the winners list?

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 6:05 PM

Give it up! They'll play the Garden.

Posted by Anonymous | September 4, 2008 6:08 PM

Just got a second chance email but the code they gave me doesn't work!

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 1:43 PM

yeah i got it too! lets hope the password works soon....

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 1:56 PM

I dont really know anyone who likes Oasis and was gonna go by myself, do you think I should get 2 tickets anyway?

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 1:57 PM

This is weird, I want my tickets!

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 2:02 PM

What's up with the codes not working?

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 2:02 PM

Yeah I'm about to burst, work code!!! WORK.

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 2:11 PM

code isn't working either, i'm freaking out!

Posted by Anon | September 8, 2008 2:18 PM

"Hey some tickets on ebay! Got $4,000! Shesh"

If you bought those tickets you would be fucked. By all indications, you can't transfer them.

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 2:25 PM

When did the second wave of ticket announcements go out? I hope to every almighty power I get tickets...

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 2:30 PM

Got an email about an hour ago, first come first serve with a PIN #.

The PIN # does not work.

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 2:34 PM

it says you have to purchase before midnight tues sept 9, so you have until tomorrow to purchase.

however, my code dont work as of right now either, so either they havent activated these codes yet, or e-mails were sent in error?

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 2:35 PM

If you search Oasis on Ticketmaster, it says this:

Fri, 09/12/08
07:00 PM
Terminal 5
New York, NY
Oasis

Currently Not On Sale

currently not on sale might have something to do with the codes not working

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 2:43 PM

you dumb fucks. Don't you read any news other than BV. Noel Gallagher was attacked on stage last night at the Virgin Fest. Some jerkoff ran up to him on stage and pushed him from behind into his speakers. Apparently he had to go to the hospital after and the upcoming shows may be cancelled

So the reason the codes are not working is maybe because the show might actually happen

That and probably you did not get into the system in time and the 2nd wave of tickets are all gone.

Sorry losers, tough luck. I got mine today.

Selling 1 for 1000.00

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 2:49 PM

I have been looking on ticketmaster since last week (I still do not have an email about a pin)---but Currently Not On Sale has been there since the first wave of announcements went out.

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 2:49 PM

Perhaps but I logged on within a minute of the email, plus it says this instead of no tickets available:

The password you entered is not in our system. Please try again.

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 2:51 PM

hah according to timestamps here, I was on tm within 3 minutes of receiving the e-mail. just keep on checking on TM thats my best guess.

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 3:01 PM

my pin wasn't working, but i just tried again 2 minutes ago and got 2 tickets

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 3:05 PM

working right now, just got 2

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 3:06 PM

C'mon New York! I know one of you has the balls to push Liam offa stage!

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 3:15 PM

To the pig who is trying to sell one ticket for 1,000. I just got the second-chance email and purchased two tickets for $50 each. Good luck selling that extra you pig!

Posted by jables | September 8, 2008 3:25 PM

I will be selling my extra for $60.

Posted by Anonymous | September 8, 2008 3:32 PM

Dimebag Darrel gets capped live on stage by some defective half-wit and a body check is the best this putz could muster? Couldn't even throw a solid punch at one of those two limey pole smokers? Then again what can one expect from soneone who's into Oasis in the first place. God they suck!

Posted by Trent63 [comment #11 02:47 PMSep 08 2008 ] | September 8, 2008 3:50 PM

who is dimebag darrel? never heard of him.

Posted by Becca | September 8, 2008 5:13 PM

Posted by Anonymous | September 9, 2008 9:57 AM

OASIS just cancelled tonight's show in Ontario. Any news about Terminal FIve yet?

Posted by Anonymous | September 9, 2008 10:49 AM

CANCELED TO BE POSTPONED. SORRY.

Posted by Gem | September 9, 2008 10:54 AM

Where did you hear that Teminal 5 is "canceled to be postponed"? Please enlighten me.

Posted by jables | September 9, 2008 11:13 AM

You want enlightenment? Oasis blows. There you have it.

Posted by Anonymous | September 9, 2008 11:30 AM

well, waiting to hear if the show is still on or not, obviously, but my pass code, which did not work at all yesterday, went through today and I got tickets...so keep trying if you've got a code!

Posted by Anonymous | September 9, 2008 2:21 PM

Sam 8/28 4:40 - excellent post

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2008 7:56 PM

I cant wait for this show!

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2008 8:15 PM

T5 will rule.

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2008 11:27 PM

FYI...... The Ticketmaster page for this show now allows you find tickets WITHOUT A PASSCODE!!!

Nothing's coming up. But keep checking.

Posted by Anonymous | September 11, 2008 11:41 AM

11:41..I woulsn't have announced that until you got tickets! Stupid...

Posted by Anonymous | September 11, 2008 12:59 PM

Its a glich. There are NO MORE tickets available through ticketmaster.

Sorry...

Posted by Gem | September 11, 2008 1:09 PM

its not a glitch, they are probably selling any tickets that are left over, just keep on trying

Posted by Anonymous | September 11, 2008 1:15 PM

It's not a glitch if an entire box to fill out (the passcode one) is suddenly REMOVED from the screen and you can search for tickets.

I assume that if there will be a ticket release it will be for more than one ticket so I was being unselfish to let other people know so that others can get tickets too.... for that I am instantly called stupid.

Gotta love this board.

Posted by Anonymous | September 11, 2008 1:16 PM

I think it is pretty clear the poster was saying not to announce it till you yourself got tickets. Looking at 11:41 it sounds as if you are still trying to get tickets and thus announcing it at the same time you were searching would limit your chances. It seems pretty clear.

Posted by Anonymous | September 11, 2008 1:27 PM

TM says show was cancelled....
