Radiohead webcasting last show here in America tonight
No Age fan Colin Greenwood @ APW 2008 (oetim)

Hello! To celebrate the end of a brilliant tour, we're going to webcast the last show here in America. We'll be playing live in Santa Barbara, at the Bowl. It's one of our favourite places to play; I think we've ended tours there before, once even playing a cover of ' cinnamon girl '. It's not too big, in fact it's very intimate, a small arena with a dirt floor, set in pretty countryside. It should be a special night, for lots of reasons, and we're going to try and share as much of it as we can on the webcast. Nigel, our producer, will be helping out getting it to you, so if it goes wrong....It's live!At least one of the Greenwoods also likes Grizzly Bear.Thank you so much to everyone who's come and seen us this year; it has truly been the most special and exciting tour for all of us.
Webcast details to follow...
x
Colin

Thom did say, "We'll see yah soon," when closing out APF. I'm in the minority with this one, but my guess is they'lll be playing the Garden 2 nights in Nov.
We did 5 shows on this tour (Belgium, Amsterdam, Camden), APW shows blew them away. Not even close.

i snuck back stage during their set of the 2nd night at APW and shook thom's hand as he walked off the stage so fuck all of you!
Posted by blunts | August 29, 2008 1:29 AM
i'm sure mp3s will show up soon enough. i've got like the second half of the show (after no surprises) and it sounds really good. better than the live recordings from other shows this tour (for obvious reasons) that have shown up on the torrents so far.

Obama and Radiohead made me botch my fantasy football draft up last night. Or maybe it was the weed and vodka.
Posted by Anonymous | August 29, 2008 12:52 PM
anonymous 1:54, I saw it mentioned on the At Ease Web site by one of the commenters, who I swear was not me. The song played right after the show ended, I turned up and down the volume on the radiohead.tv stream and it was definitely coming from that.
oh and 11:45, they closed with idioteque. that setlist above is incomplete.
