The Go! Team - Lollapalooza pics, All Points West today

I liked The Go! Team at first, but now I really don't. Their live show, though energetic, has been a complete turn off for me. 'BrooklynVegan Mike' saw them this past weekend at Osheaga and holds a different opinion. Bao saw them this past weekend at Lollapalooza and I can't remember what he thinks and he's already at All Points West for the day where he may see The Go! Team again because they take the main 'Blue Comet' stage in less than 2 hours from the time I'm writing this. This is what it may look like...

I saw them at Coachella in 2006 and loved them. So much energy. The crowd was going crazy.
I watched the feeds from Lollapalooza and thought something was off. Maybe the sound, I don't know. It seemed like the magic was gone.

i couldn't agree more with this statement. after the moment i saw them live, i never listened to them again.

i saw them live, they are quite sassy. i didn't listen to their music before i went so no change for me. it was a good show to go to if you just wanted to dance or whatever.

Saw them at Lolla for the 3rd time and I loved every minute of it. Hey look, I even made a BV photo!! Snuck into the press area and I'm so mad I didn't chat up Ninja some more, but I had to leave because Gogol had the place going insane!!

This Bao dude has got a pretty good life. What's his story? Bouncing around from festival to festival to Bowery to Mercury. I've seen him at a couple of shows up front or at the best table at Joe's Pub. He takes great pics, but who's the man behind the lens...can we get a profile on this guy?
