Posted by Anonymous | August 20, 2008 3:45 PM
Hey Todd, do you expect a packed venue...like if we show up at 1030 is it already going to be max capacity?
Posted by Anonymous | August 20, 2008 3:47 PM
Well, Death By Audio's front room is about 1/3 the size of a typical elementary school classroom.
Not that that's a bad thing.

I did not realize it was that small...how many people will actually show up to see Vivian Girls on a Wednesday though
Posted by Anonymous | August 20, 2008 3:55 PM

I see Todd P's site is listing a No Age show at Market Hotel in November. That is going to be crazy crowded. In fact, I think the line has already started...

Has anyone received their tickets from the Sigur Ros site pre-order yet? In particular, I'm wondering about the Boston show that's under a month away. I've yet to get any e-mail on their end saying they've been sent out and was wondering if anyone is in the same boat. I e-mailed the webstore but they haven't gotten back to me and I have no idea what to do if these things don't come in :(
Posted by anonymous | August 20, 2008 4:12 PM
you can stuff 250 people into that space?
there were like 20 people there last week for bears and it felt crowded.

Yup, Soul Asylum, Everclear, and Cracker at Webster Hall tonight. Honestly, Soul Asylum is one of the best live bands around these days.

"These days" of course being 1995.

Do they still look like they did in the 90s? That would be cool if like they never changed at all and the world changed around them...
Posted by Anonymous | August 20, 2008 4:59 PM
Well, except for one of them being dead, they do pretty much still look the same.
