Tickets:

We're going to offer advance free tickets for the Wire event starting September 3rd, available during store hours at Other Music (15 E. 4th Street, Manhattan) with a limit of two per person, while supplies last. More info as we get closer (as well as announcement of special guest opener), if tickets do not vanish at Other Music there may be some at the venue night of show, but we'll keep you all posted here and on air whether that happens or not.

Great...no tickets for people with jobs

Other Music is open til 9pm weeknights and open on weekends. You dont have a friend that can get one for you?

Damn it, why does it have to be free? Now it will be full of scenesters that know nothing of the band except maybe Pink Flag.

That's the lamest excuse for criticizing a free Wire concert

Am I the only one who thinks Irving is one of the worst venues in the city? I've never been to a show there that didn't sound like shit.

Does anyone have the Irving setlist? I am not too familiar with the past few albums.

Does anyone have any setlist at all from this year? Going to the Vancouver show on 16th October = anyone know the support act too?

I don't remember the setlist at the Irving, but they did play my fave...Mercy! It was a short but great show!
