To the fella ironically draining the PBR tallboy ... you rock, dude.
Posted by Anonymous | September 3, 2008 2:41 PM

Posted by Anonymous | September 3, 2008 2:48 PM
dear lord this looks awful.
Posted by Anonymous | September 3, 2008 3:00 PM
ironically? people drink PBR because it's affordable, I don't think "trying to be funny" has had shit to do with it since about 1997.
and to those that wanna dis this, why doncha go comment about what's happening at Terminal 5 or some bullshit, this was a good time ya bitter wannabees!
Posted by Anonymous | September 3, 2008 3:06 PM
I don't know what looks unfun to you, dude. I wasn't there but I just looked at all these pics and there's not one in the bunch that doesn't have people either beaming or else totally vibeing out to the music.
Looks a lot like a good time to anyone who doesn't have an agenda to shit on this. Which begs the question, why are you trying to shit on some show you didn't go to, which was clearly lots of fun for the people who did go?

these bands represent the perfect blend of unsuccessfulness and pointless abrasion for my musical tastes.

Posted by Anonymous | September 3, 2008 4:39 PM
sightlines at Market Hotel are excellent.
for this show, the bands played off stage in various parts of the floor.

to the guy who wrote "you fucking brooklyn hipsters make me fucking sick. get a life."
you should quit sticking your finger up your throat aka reading brooklyn vegan if you're worried about throwing up. also i think you are probably the one who needs to get a life or at least a better sense of humor / get laid.

parts and labor were amazing. that drummer had his chest wide open waiting for the gold medal of drumming. amazing.
but
pterodactyl were awful. really boring and so ... empty.
Aa sounded like a rave music revival, without the drugs.

ha ha ha I just read that guy's blog...
my FAVORITE internet blowhards are the ones who have really cocksure opinions backed up by factoids like "radiohead is great" and "the music animal collective makes is terrible" and "the smell is a terrible club for idiots"
WOW! I'm glad this guy thinks his his astounding insights are worth sharing!
PLEASE, TASEYOURMAKER.BLOGSPOT.COM , please keep posting! I need entertainment at work!
