Bloc Party IS playing Roseland -- RSVP to get tickets
As some pointed out early on, the free Bloc Party show on September 18th is at a venue you couldn't pay some people to go to. Amazing Baby is opening. RSVP HERE.
The Hold Steady is playing a free show the same night. So are 2 "special guests" and Matt Pond PA & the Lilys.
Amazing Baby are also opening for APTBS this Monday in Brooklyn.

Silent Alarm is awesome. Not sure what happened after that. Roseland is horrible regardless. Happy I will be at Sigur Ros this night.

Lame, The RSVP just means you are allowed to stand in line but no guarantee to entry. I wouldn't stand in line for 3 hours to see the Pope.

both Amazing Baby and Bloc Party were awesome last night although someone thought it was cute when they threw something onstage but none the less they kept on playing. I was standing in line for 4 hours the doors was to be opened at 7:15 but the line didnt start moving till 7:30 which wrapped literally around the block
