Trevor Brown is an ass, I read that whole discussion with Mike Apples, and the entire time, Trevor was continuously chastising him about the Madonna pic, being uncooperative, and flat out being an asshole. There was no reason for him to be so hostile. Yes, they took you're art, get over it. It happens all the time. Get your money and shut the f**k up.

Atheistic claptrap aside, this was a portrait of Madonna by Trevor Brown and, as such, he had every right to hassle Crystal Castles for not paying licensing fees for using that image ad infinitum. I'll bet you think that Warhol had no legal or moral claims to Marilyn Monroe's image either, too.
