Where is Bloc Party playing for free on September 18?

The below video says Bloc Party are playing a free show on September 18th. Where? I don't know, but they're in Montreal on September 17th....

Don't bother going to their imeem page. It doesn't say where they're playing either.

That new album is terrible.

If they were charging, they'd never be able to sell out Roseland. Bloc Party had their moment but it looks like that moment passed.
