In stores at Generation Records are cool, but if you're not in the first few rows of people you can't see shit. They should put a little stage up or something.

Freshkills were terrible. Musically they were decent, but the singer had a terrible Bauhaus/Peter Murphy imitation. We already have Interpol, we don't need another Bauhaus/Joy Division cover band.
ToD were great. Only one new song, the rest were older songs. Closed with Totally Natural.

Freshkills are way more Foals or Nation of ulysses than Interpol. And a deep voice doesn't mean Peter Murphy. Thats silly.

Thea, who in the band is your boyfriend?

freshkills is one of the best bands in brooklyn. the singer is a pretty prolific song writer and the guitar work is excellent. not that much like interpol really.
what we don't need is team robespierre. that shits garbage.

Freshkills were great. I don't get the interpol diss but hey I guess people see what they want. They remind me of 90s Dischord definitely. Trail of Dead were awesome of course. The two were a good fit.

Freshkills where great. I went and saw them again at Webster this weekend and danced my face off. They are way better louder.

Just so there's no confusion-you can hate both Freshkills AND Team Robespierre.
It's surprisingly easy,a real time saver, and you'll see a marked improvement in your social life. At least in the quality of your drugs/sleepchums. Pwomise.
