Webster Hall/Fleet Foxes set times tonight?
Yeah, anyone know? STT went on early last night and it was a Saturday w/ two openers. I'm guessing doors are 7:00, opener 7:45, FF at 8:45???

The last 2 Bowery CMJ shows are onsale at ticketmaster. One is a Britpop night with Delays/Scouting for Girls (meh). The Saturday is just listed as "Little Jackie". Anyone know about this? This was originally supposed to by the Windish showcase with A Place to Bury Strangers.

Good thing SNL has Tina Fey to do the only funny sketch on the entire show for the last 3 weeks. The rest of the show this whole season has been OBSCENELY BAD! It's actually quite remarkable how terrible the show is so far this season.

Last night's SNL was overall pretty funny I thought. They've always been a mixed bag for the last 15 years. Palin sketch this week was actually funny. Last week's was terrible.

Little Jackie is a retro-soul band with Imani Coppola. It's pretty good. Who else is on that bill?
Posted by Anonymous | October 5, 2008 6:32 PM
Little Jackie has 6PM doors so its probably part of a full 5 to 7 band bill. The Windish website still has A Place to Bury Strangers and All the Saints listed for the 25th. That's an odd bill if correct.

Mykonos
ENCORE
Katie Cruel (Robin Solo, Acoustic)

Am I the only one who finds Tina Fey to be extremely arrogant and annoying?

"Am I the only one who finds Tina Fey to be extremely arrogant and annoying?"
She is performing what, in the comedy "business" is called an IMPRESSION of Sarah Palin. Sarah Palin is arrogant and annoying... thus, Tina Fey displays the same traits while immitating her.
