"LSD was first declared illegal in the United States on this day in 1966."
What a long, strange trip it's been. We're getting somewhere, though, thanks in no small part to the hard-working people at MAPS (www.maps.org). Here's a toast to LSD, and perhaps I'll even drop a little in my cup later.

Kevin Cronin of R.E.O. M-F'n Speedwagon was born on this day in 1951.
For if it wasn't for him and his bandmates, some of you kids born in the 80s may not be gracing us with your presence today.
