"is there any way we can vote to banish The Hold Steady from ever performing or creating side projects?!? (I'm looking at you smug moustache guy)"
say what you will about THS... but the moustache guy, aka Franz, is a sweetheart. he is in no way smug. And all (unless there are new ones i don't know about) of his "side projects" existed before he was in THS.

anon5:19,
the election is over, so you you can stop hating the senator who doesn't represent your state (I'm assuming you live in the NYC area; if you live in Arizona then hate on) and the governor you will probably never hear of again, unless the mainstream media gets really, really bored.
