TWOD is terrible live. It's too bad, because I like their recordings. Drink Up Buttercup is awesome live, which is a shame, because I hate their recordings.

Illinois is awesome both ways.

I'm going to see the War on Drugs at Johnny Brendas on Friday and I can't wait. Easily one of my favorite albums this year. What's the deal with the mixed live reviews?

last night at union hall twod was painfully loud (and I like loud!). it was pretty tight but just a little too much to sit through.
I felt bad for drink up buttercup. everything seemed to be breaking to the extent they ended up playing a few songs acoustic in the middle of the crowd. it was really fun.
