As previously pointed out, and currently under discussion, tickets went on sale at 11:00 for the Band of Horses show at Carnegie Hall.

They said that in these situations ticketholders are typically entitled to a refund, though it will take time as Ticketmaster works it out with the promoter. Live Nation says the onus is on Ticketmaster to issue the refund.
