Flower Travellin' Band is playing Johnny Brenda's (a 250 person venue- so awesome small show space) in Philly on Monday March 16th. You can get tickets off the calendar page at www.johnnybrendas.com

i saw them when they played Toronto in December. I have to warn you all, they were AWFUL. the problem isn't that they can't play anymore- they can, and they were pretty tight, and Joe can still sing. The problem is that they play almost entirely new material and that material is incredibly bad! I felt like i was watching the house band on a cruise ship!
they started with Satori 2, which was pretty cool (though lacked the power of the studio version), and did the alternate version of Satori 3 (Hiroshima), but otherwise, the set was new material. never again!
