Rumor is starting to spread very quickly that Lux Interior of The Cramps "passed away last weekend."

The Daily Swarm is a very reliable site. Very sad news if true, they don't make 'em like Lux anymore.

wait. It's Wednesday night. How can someone as well known as Lux pass away last weekend and then when the 'news' leaks out, it's somewhat debatable weather it's even true or not?
That doesn't make sense.

If this was indeed true, then I don't know why it would be such a mystery. Especially four or five days later.

It's true. Ivy herself told me via phone this morning. He went in for surgery on his heart and never made it out. He was the love of her life and she was his. He was the greatest guy you'd ever meet. A true showman, entertainer, and a soul made of pure rock and roll. We'll miss you forever Lux, but we will never never forget you.
