Are the 5 shows at Mercury Lounge indicative of the demand to see this band, or is it a way for them to save face for playing such a small venue? Or, is it one of those "cater to our fans with a show in an intimate space" deals?

Save face? That makes no fucking sense, you douchebag. Try play more. And yes, have a better time doing it - both them and the fans.

Five nights at Mercury isn't so bad. The band is fun to watch, so it gives people the option of asking "What's going on tonight?" and then maybe going to the club if there's nothing else going on, throwing down ten bucks or whatever, and having a good time. No pressure, no Ticketmaster or scalpers, etc.--just good times!

they don't have enough songs to make the 5 day pass worth it

3 full albums of songs and a few EP's isn't enough? If you say so mate.

TOP OF THE POPS!
