sports arenas holding 20,000, wtf?!?! they are definitely not that popular

Posted by Anonymous | March 5, 2009 4:17 PM

4:17 You know this to be fact? They played two nights at MSG in 2005, so I can't see why they won't fill 20,000 capacity venues this time.

Gahan has hinted the band will headline Glastonbury next year and they're returning to the UK for more arenas at the end of this year.

Anyway, come June and I'll be in Paris with 80,000 other DM devotees at the Stade de France.

"sports arenas holding 20,000, wtf?!?! they are definitely not that popular"

Uh, DM has been selling out stadiums consistently since 88. MSG tix will go in a heartbeat. You know not of what you speak.

"Uh, DM has been selling out stadiums consistently since 88. MSG tix will go in a heartbeat. You know not of what you speak."

Yes and there will be a ridiculous amount of tickets the week of the show going for peanuts on craigslist not to mention outside the show the night of.

So what's your point?

I see that they will not be touring Kansas City this year.....after 2006 they have lost face with us!!!!! We really thought you guys rocked until Dave threw a fit at the sound guys and never came back on after Martin's set!! Never got a return from you guys after spending $400 on tickets to take my family and friends to see half a show!!!
Thanks Dave for a "nightmare" as Martin put it.

BTW...We thank you Martin for trying to salvage Dave's mess! Dave..you suck!!

About Kansas City Tour.....Yes Dave just got done spending his birthday in Mexico....He didn't get food poisoning. he was withdrawing from the heroin...That explains everything, including his mood swings

saw them in late 80s' in MD front row and went backstage. saw them again couple of years ago - at MSG and Borgata. Borgata is definitely the place I prefer - small intimate venue... feel upclose and personal with the band..
