7 Seconds playing NYC & Philly with the Bouncing Souls in August + other 2009 Tour Dates

Does anyone remember the last time 7 Seconds played NYC? Kevin Seconds was just here solo in February.
The Bouncing Souls, who actually played a show at Toad's Place in New Haven last night (4.29), last played NYC not that long ago. It was acoustic, and free, and for Record Store Day in a record store.
This August, after the Souls get finished with the Warped Tour, The Bouncing Souls and 7 Seconds will team up for a pair of shows in NYC and Philly. Dates and venues TBA. All BS dates below...

Am I crazy? "a pair of shows in NYC and Philly"...in Farmingdale, NY? That's easily 45 mins outside NYC.

The last time they played NYC was maybe 2006 at the knitting factory w/ Kill Your Idols/Champion. It was one of the best shows I ever been to.
