n the past twenty years, which locale has provided the best music: Europe or the United States? On one side, you have bands like Radiohead, Muse, Sigur Ros, and Coldplay (Europe). On the other, you've got Counting Crows, Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, Weezer, etc. (US).
The U.S. has blink-182, Nirvana, The Mars Volta, the Dave Matthews Band, and The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Europe has Oasis, Blur, Mogwai, Placebo, and the Darkness.
You might also take into account other important contributions of both places. The U.S.: Fugazi, Wilco, The White Stripes, Modest Mouse, Foo Fighters. Europe: Portishead, Refused, The Libertines, Chemical Brothers, Franz Ferdinand. What other hugely important/influential bands played a part in your decision?
Limiting this to bands that were formed no earlier than 1988, musicians who weren't prominent or well-known before the last 20 years. That means not to include Tom Waits & Bob Dylan on one side and Paul McCartney & Morrissey on the other, just the past 20 years. What do you think? Why?

isn't the darkness from Australia? Also as 5:08 mentioned, you have Canada to consider. Then you have Japan putting out some quality artists as well, along with other regions throughout the world...for example artists like Kassav and Fela Kuti, who obviously helped influence Vampire Weekend, who could be mentioned up there is your essay question. also absolutely shocked you did not mention sonic youth, nick cave and so on...

According to my analysis, millions of persons all over the world get the home loans at well known creditors. Thus, there's a good possibility to get a student loan in every country.
