What's with the Green Day hate? They are a sick band! One of the best American bands of our generation.

Why does there have to be animosity for any band? I'm tired of all this "My favorite band rules and yours is crap" that we have here in the US. Maybe that's why the European music festivals blow ours away. There are so many different performers in one place and people go to them for that very reason; to enjoy the music!

I like this better then the other. Live mixing? The ultimate challenge/nightmare for the sound guy.

"Blood" is an awesome Scottish rock from Franz Ferdinand. I heard the album and my favorite tracks are "Feel The Pressure"", "Katherine Hit Me", "Be Afraid". The songs were well constructed by Franz Ferdinand and thanks for sharing your post.

I think Franz Ferdinand and green day is a good concert. Not sure why people do not want the 2 bands together. If they play some where i can see them and not have to work i will go.

It is, by far, one of the coolest songs I have ever heard in my short life. Even in the midst a global recession, this album is one thing that you gotta shell out some cash for.

I like the new song. Most of the album is from the old one but it still is good. I think they are playing with green day to get more fans to hear them. Not sure if i like the idea but they have to try to get more fans over here.

Green Day is like this ...
you had a great meal, about 2 weeks ago. you brought home a bag of leftovers, and they sat in your fridge for 10 days - the bread got really hard, the rice dried out, and the meat got kinda gray and tough. then, some guy comes over your house and asks if you are going to eat that, you say no, so he takes it to his house, throws everything into a frying pan, adds bong water and too much garlic and turmeric, then puts it on a plate and tries to sell it back to you for more than the original meal. bottom line is it's got too much of everything, the bright color can't hide the smell, and you remember the original so you can see the new dish for what it is.

that's why all the Green Day hate.

Good old days. Love their music. I've been on Franz Ferdinand concert on EXIT Festival in Novi Sad, Serbia and it was soooo good. They sound as good as on record. Listening to FF in 2011. How powerful is that?
