Lightspeed Champion - 2 NYC shows, 1 on a new date
Lightspeed Champion @ Knitting Factory Oct. 25th 2008 (more by Faith-Ann Young)

We posted previously about Lightspeed Champion's many planned projects. Those include a new book and record, a performance at the Barbicon's upcoming Moondog tribute, and a Mercury Lounge show in June. The date for that show was June 18th, but it's been moved to Wednesday, June 17th. From the Bowery: "All 6/18 tickets will be honored. Tickets can be refunded from point of purchase prior to day of show." Hurray for the Riff Raff opens. Tickets are still on sale.
Instead, on June 18th, Lightspeed Champion is opening for Pheonix at Music Hall of Williamsburg. That show is currently sold out.

I really liked 'Falling off the Lavender Bridge' and the hope the new stuff is good too, but those videos are a snooze.
