The Avett Brothers have 59 U.S. shows scheduled through October. Those gigs include a New York City show on Saturday, October 17th at Terminal 5. Tickets are now on AmEx presale. General sale starts Friday, June 26th at noon.

The band's Rick Rubin-produced follow-up to 2007's Emotionalism, I and Love and You, is scheduled to come out September 29th (moved from August 11th) on Columbia Records. It'll be their first album on the label. All tour dates below...

Makes sense... they did sell out two nights at Irving. I cant believe how big they've gotten! Love this band though

That's my point...I can't believe they're that big, either. I think T5 is a stretch in terms of size, but more power to them if they can fill it. I respect what they've accomplished.

I personally won't set foot in that shithole, though.
