Hey Todd,
Don't be so ambitious with this 2 day thing. Get rid of Dum Dum Girls, Fresh & Onlys and Brilliant Colors and stick the 3 on Fri in their place. Then you have a pretty hefty and great July 4th show.

I read the headline in my RSS reader and I was somewhat excited. I thought with all the "festivals" in WB/GP/BW that maybe there was one in a different part of Brooklyn.

I guess I was wrong. I can go back to ignoring this thread now.

P.S. The ERMP shows are going to be great this year! I saw the tentative list.

^what's ERMP?

also, dan deacon/deerhunter/no age show SUNDAY august 2nd at "Jelly NYC space." hmmm, on a sunday, at this "space", could it possibly be at williamsburg waterfront??????

announce the fucking waterfront shows anyway! this time last year it was announced way beforehand!

you kids are retards and complain about anything and everything

and why would they cut all of those bands to make just one day? when those bands are amazing and 2 days is better!

and i imagine it's the labels that are doing most of the curating

man...it's so funny seeing people go GA GA over these horrible bands

Woods is the only one up there with staying power....the others suck prety badly

i.e.....Wavves......look where that is headed....Blank Dogs, Crystal Stilts and the others can hitch a ride on the "road to nowhere" caboose

Posted by brett | June 17, 2009 8:55 PM

nobody really cares what you think, brett

Posted by Anonymous | June 17, 2009 9:34 PM

two months ago all the know-it-all indie pop yuppies thought Woods sucked. Look how they've got "staying power" now. priceless.

Posted by Anonymous | June 17, 2009 9:40 PM

Do you see these fucking adds???? My face is rocked.

Posted by Anonymous | June 18, 2009 1:34 AM

woods still sucks

The Beets are the really nice, i spoke to the drummer about collecting Hess trucks for like an hour after a show. Their shows are great Im Psyched to see them again.
