SATURDAY, JULY 4That's the description of how the Rooftop Films 4th of July party went down on Saturday night. Chris ran up there after the Jenny Lewis and Conor Oberst concert in Battery Park. Bachelorette also played South Street Seaport one night earlier. More Rooftop pictures below....
AMERICANA - SOLD OUT - VENUE CHANGED!
Rooftop's annual celebration of the weird and wonderful country we live in. A sunset party with free drinks, a fantastic fireworks view, live music, and short film comedies, dramas and political documentaries.
Venue: The show has been moved to the roof of The Xchange.
Address: 640 W 28th Street, between 11th and 12th Avenue, 9th Floor (Chelsea, Manhattan)
6:00PM: Doors open
6:30PM - 8:00PM: Open bar provided by Radeberger Pilsner and Carlo Rossi sangria
7:00PM - 9:00PM: Music by Bachelorette, Love Like Deloreans, and Class Actress presented by Sound Fix
9:20PM: Great view of the fireworks
9:50PM: Films

Best 4th of July I have EVER had. Listening to Bachelorette while the fireworks went off was the most incredible experience. Thank you Rooftop!

watching love like deloreans was great. good synth krautrocky. they played into the sunset on the hudson. niiiice.

bachelorette was great, and the venue was amazing. rooftop probably had one of the best views of the fireworks in the entire city!!!

Unbelievable night. Best 4th of July memory ever. Venue was tops, fireworks were in your face. My ears rang the next day for hours...
