Over a month before they head out on tour with Happy Mondays and The Psychedelic Furs, Islands will play a gig at The Bell House in Brooklyn. Tickets for the August 19th show are on sale.

You never know what Islands you're going to get. They were GREAT at Siren last year (prima dona delay notwithstanding), but they were shit when I saw them in Philly the year before that. From what I've heard about other shows, it's always completely hit or completely miss.
