Free music tonight includes the last of NY Philharmonic's week of shows. Tonight's performance will be at Kupferberg Center for the Arts in Queens. The O'Jays play a free show at Brooklyn's Wingate Field. They'll be at Coney Island's Seaside Park with Gladys Knight on Thursday.

Mark Eitzel plays Maxwell's in the last NYC-area stop on his "performs American Music Club" tour...at least until July 29th, when he comes back to the Bell House.
Norwegian singer Sissy Wish opens at Pianos tonight and Wednesday.

Cornershop's one of the best fucking bands ever. Spin actually got it right in 97 when '7th Time' beat 'OK Computer' for album of the year.
