it's HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGE

Roseland is big and dumpy. It hasn't had a good cleaning in 50 year. Plus, the sound and sightlines are horrible. AND... it's a Live Nation venue...

11:18...not defintley but highly likely...

HEY BV!! The 10/15 date is actually a Los Angeles date, still at the Avalon though. They can't do an SF date if they're doing Treasure Island.

hope they sneak in a date at ATP before this tour starts

Posted by Anonymous | July 23, 2009 11:40 AM

they played ATP last year, so not likely

Posted by Anonymous | July 23, 2009 11:52 AM

yo la tengo with black lips?

that's a silly fucking bill

Posted by Anonymous | July 23, 2009 12:00 PM

you all are retarded.

black lips w/ ylt is a perfect fit.
roseland is amazing. best 3000 person venue in NYC at this point. took me 2000+ shows in nyc the last 15 years to realize that.
just to see ylt on that stage is going to be great.
don't hang out under the rafters
they pour stiff drinks

bring it!

ATP would be an awesome addition.

i wouldn't put money on it. They skipped Hannukah in '06 when I Am Not Afraid of You... came out that fall and they were touring. plus they're gonna be in Europe until the end of November; not a lot of time to put the shows together

No Dallas....damn!!!

Posted by Robert | July 23, 2009 2:15 PM

the first YLT show I ever saw was at Roseland in '97 opening for Beck. They were fantastic.

Posted by Anonymous | July 23, 2009 2:39 PM

Maxwells is not happening this year

Posted by Anonymous | July 23, 2009 4:35 PM

Posted by Anonymous | July 23, 2009 5:59 PM

Posted by Anonymous | July 23, 2009 6:52 PM

Posted by Anonymous | July 24, 2009 3:01 PM

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2009 10:24 AM

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2009 11:10 AM

Roseland sucks. Their blackwater-esque security has put it on my do not go list. Love YLT buy will catch them next time.
