I take all these so-called ‘green concerts’ with a big grain of salt. Remember Live Aid where many of the performers arrived on their private Lear jets? Concerts have a big carbon footprint, particularly for people traveling to see it. Educate yourself about which concert care, e.g. organizes carpool and go from there to be part of the real green movement.

This project truly has a respectable cause. What an amazing concert that they are organising in celebration of this worthy cause! The line-up is excellent as well, with artistes such as Gavin Degraw, who signed a contract with record label J Records, then successfully sold over a million copies and earned platinum certification. The concert must have been a blast.
