does anyone know how to buy tickets directly from the Hammerstein box office? their phone system has no operator, just a recording that tells you to call ticketmaster. which basically means there's no way to buy $34.50 tickets, only $46 tickets after ticketmaster's absolutely ridiculous 36% "convenience" charge.
