OUCH.

I may be in the minority, but I think that's his best album. Now I wish I was going...

I agree with Panopticon. And I am going.

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 8:54 AM

I wish I was going now too. This is one of my favorite albums

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 8:55 AM

yah, thats definitely my favorite of his albums. wish i was going.

When I saw this on Twitter it just said that Sufjan was performing a whole album and I thought it meant a whole BRAND NEW album. I'm not sure how to feel about this.

Posted by Hmm | September 10, 2009 9:29 AM

i'm already asleep

I don't get this at all. They move Panda Bear to Friday, the day where bands are playing full albums (but yet he's not playing any of his albums in their entirety,) from Saturday (the day AC also plays.) Yet, Sufjan, who actually IS playing a full album is still going on Saturday? That makes no sense if we're going by what each day's "theme," if you will, is supposed to be.

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 9:50 AM

9:50am maybe thats why panda was moved. sufjan was a late add and maybe they meant to have him on friday playing seven swans but couldn't work it out with him logistically. whatever the reason, i'll definitely be there on saturday early noon with a cum rag in hand ready to blow a nice, thick wad when my man goes into "to be alone with you."

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 10:04 AM

that's unnecessarily gross.

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 10:44 AM

10:44am what can i say? its a song that STICKS with you

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 10:52 AM

This is great news, I'm donald ducking it at the show.

Posted by Huge Boner | September 10, 2009 11:26 AM

Seven Swans, oh man! Can't make the Saturday show, but will be jerking it at home for sure

The thought of a bunch of sexy unthreatening hipster boys getting hard over Sufjan's music, and my hand reaching around from behind, sliding down their tight Levi's into their American Apparel briefs and stroking them off into ecstasy has got me excited for this weekend!!

Posted by bee | September 10, 2009 11:55 AM

This has to be one of the strangest threads in a long time.

I'll be there, but won't be looking for any "release" during the set.

If someone wants to blow me during the Melvins, that would be nice...

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 12:02 PM

11:55 FTW.

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 12:05 PM

You're all a bunch of jerk offs.

Posted by Sufjan | September 10, 2009 12:09 PM

I guess that one-album-per-state thing didn't pan out? Surprise, making fifty albums is hard.

Posted by Morley | September 10, 2009 12:12 PM

anyone going up on friday and have room for an extra person? happy to pay for gas!

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 12:47 PM

@12:47pm

Where in the area are you? And do you mind jo-ing to Sufjan?

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 12:57 PM

haha, in the Village but can meet you wherever-- and you better believe that i J-O to nothing less.

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 1:05 PM

Ahh we're coming in from a bit out of the city and not quite inside. We'll save a clean cum rag for you though and maybe we can jerk one out together during the mighty Sufjan's set!

Posted by Anonymous | September 10, 2009 1:21 PM

Boring. All his good stuff came after.
