Patti Smith, who was celebrating her sometimes-bandmate Flea's birthday yesterday, is giving "A Salute to Robert Frank, Artist and Friend" tonight (10/17) at the Met. "PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT. STANDING ROOM TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE BOX OFFICE BEGINNING ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE CONCERT." The show is one of three upcoming NY dates for Patti.
