The xx were one of three bands on the early CMJ show at The Mercury Lounge on Wednesday (10/21). Javelin and Lia Ices rounded out the bill, and their pictures are in this post.
Javelin played a bunch of shows during CMJ including the Pitchfork Market Hotel gig on Saturday night. Did you catch them?
Next up for Javelin will be opening shows for The Very Best, touring with Lucky Dragons, and playing a couple of dates with the Phenomenal Handclap Band including that December 11th show at Bowery Ballroom (tickets). The Thrill Jockey-signed Brooklyn (via Providence) duo also have a show coming up at Monster Island even sooner. All dates and more pictures from Mercury Lounge below...

Javelin are not signed to Thrill Jockey - they are just part of their LTD Edition Vinyl Subscription thing.
