Posted by Anonymous | October 23, 2009 12:46 PM

In my professional opinion, we're looking at a full-blown hippie jamfest the size of which we've never seen.

yeah, kimock's new band is dull. pains me to say it as zero and kvhw were amazing. some great nights at wetlands. those days are gone.

Posted by Anonymous | October 23, 2009 2:10 PM

Anytime I see the words "owned it" or "killed it" to describe a bands performance, I larf.

Posted by Anonymous | October 23, 2009 2:31 PM

you larf?

Posted by Anonymous | October 23, 2009 2:51 PM

Making fun of Phish is very 20 years ago and besides, theyre not as bad as some of the hipster trash richkids out there.

Posted by brk | October 23, 2009 2:55 PM

Posted by Anonymous | October 23, 2009 3:15 PM

I hope to go to all three MSG, both Philly, both Albany and Syracue. PHiSH and the bands on this blog can co-exist. Wish I was going to Indio for Halloween.

Posted by Anonymous | October 23, 2009 4:33 PM

what a fucking joke!

Posted by Anonymous | October 23, 2009 4:42 PM

Phish are no Moontaxi

Posted by Anonymous | October 23, 2009 6:42 PM

no, he's right. hippie chicks are the best.

And I'd rather hang out with a Phish hippie chick than an MGMT "hippie" chick. At least they know how to fucking party.

Posted by Anonymous | October 29, 2009 12:55 PM

phish rules. they are great musicians. just got back from festival 8 in indio. shit was awesome. they bring it live way better than any of these pretentious really mundane "hipster" indie groups. honestly. i saw interpol after loving their first album, at radio city. total borefest. no point to seeing half these other bands live. w/ phish they can take you anywhere. it's not just noodling as the all too quick to judge musci people might say. it's fucking sick. trey knows how to arrange music. dude played with NY philharmonic on some great pieces. so make fun of hippies all you want. keep getting your trendy tatoos with your silly hats, tight pants and whatever else all the cool kids are wearing today.

Posted by Anonymous | November 9, 2009 4:46 AM
