CMJ starts Tuesday.
The BrooklynVegan CMJ official showcase is Tuesday night at Music Hall of Williamsburg. I recently added Think About Life to the bill.
Tonight is the NYC debut of Washed Out and the debut-debut of Restless People (who have some CMJ shows up their sleeve) at Santos Party House.
John Cale was supposed to speak at MoMA tonight, but it was canceled.
múm contributor Hildur Guðnadóttir plays (Le) Poisson Rouge tonight with Bing & Ruth. múm is at the venue on Saturday.
Naam - a band that's been added to the BV-BBG day party at Fontana's this Friday - plays tonight at Cake Shop with Bad Dream, Crackula and Set & Setting.
Bob Weir & RatDog kick off a five-show NYC run, tonight at Manhattan Center Grand Ballroom.
No Age's performance at MoMA on October 15th (two nights before their Above the Auto Parts Store show) is below in video form.

I have a question - if this MoMA No Age show was sold out (it was, I couldnt get a ticket) how come this video looks/sounds like there is almost no one there? 20 or 30 people? a shame really.
